Heidi has been a member of the MBS family since 2010. Prior to joining MBS, she managed a college bookstore in Iowa, which helps her relate to her customers on a different level and understand their challenges in today's market. While she loves many things about her job, she especially enjoys interacting with customers and taking on new challenges. When she isn't working, she is spending time with friends, family and a labradoodle named Ozzie.
