Store Technology Solutions Sales Manager
Rick joined MBS in 2003 as an MBS Store Technology Solutions sales consultant after being lured away from another technology industry. He has a passion for effectively applying technology to improve operations, customer service and, ultimately, help his customers increase revenue. He enjoys traveling his extensive territory, visiting with bookstores, and learning how they are winning the battle for the student trust and faculty customers. In his off time, Rick cherishes time with his family - wife, two daughters and Roscoe the rescue dog.
In his role as Store Technology Solutions Sales Manager, Rick will lead the team. He looks forward to serving existing and prospective customers across the US and Canada. He works closely with the MBS Field Marketing Territory Managers to help their customer take advantage of new MBS system capabilities that continue to address the evolving needs of campus stores in a rapidly changing industry.
